Belfry Theatre Painting Commission

I was recently commissioned to do a painting of the Belfry Theatre in Victoria, B.C. and I accepted the challenge with one condition: to be able to work on the painting using their workshop and reusing materials from previous plays. It’s been only fun since then.

Here are some images from the process while building the first layer. I must say the staff at the Belfry are super nice and helpful!

The painting will be unveiled at the theatre on May 10th.
